Meeting Room Specialists
Initial Consultation and Survey
Our technical AMS design team will work closely with you to develop a clear understanding of your requirements. Following the initial consultation, our friendly team will provide a detailed summary, which includes design, specification and functionality of the proposed solution supported with CAD designs and visualisations where required.
Installation - Relocation
You can count on our qualified and professional team of in-house installers to complete the full installation within the agreed timescales, which includes
full Asset Register and completed handover forms to our commissioning/Programming team.
Project Management
Once the design, proposition and timescales have been agreed, we will appoint a prince 2 accredited project manager to manage the successful implementation of your project and other contractors involved in the project throughout the process.
Commissioning - Programming
Our acreddited team of Commissioning Engineers will take over from the installation team to ensure configuration and programming is operational and to the highest standard.
Equipment testing will begin backed up with a detailed report, our team will also complete testing with you and your client on site to demonstrate the installed solution in full operation.
